How to use Probiotic Superfood Latte in baking?

Easy! Just add 1-2 heaped teaspoons of your preferred superfood latte flavour to your batter. It works well in pancakes (matcha), waffles (berry) and any doughnut recipe. Each half a teaspoon of superfood latte adds 1 billion of probiotic to your recipe!

Does Matcha latte have caffeine?

Yes matcha is a powerful caffeine booster. It contains L-Theanine, which is an amino acid that helps the body to process caffeine more sustainably. However matcha has less caffeine than coffee, where coffee offers an immediate spike of energy lasting a short period of time, matcha gives a more sustained energy boost lasting all day. No more caffeine crashing at the end! If this is sounds like good news to you and if coffee isn't your first choice in the mornings then there is a good reason why you should swap the black water for the green! Matcha is healthy and is loaded with alkalising properties and oxidants. The matcha powder can be added to either hot water and milk (or both) but also in baked goods. So many reasons why Matcha is better than coffee!
