Turmeric Milkshake

Yep, you heard that right, you can add our Turmeric Mix to your milkshake or smoothie for the added immunity and anti-inflammatory boost.

Ingredients:

4 slices of pineapple (tinned, fresh if you have it!)

3 slices of grapefruit

Squeeze of lemon and lime 

2 cups of your best milk

2 teaspoons of honey

1 teaspoon of Wellness Lab Turmeric Latte

Method:

This will be really tangy due to all the citrus fruit, you should balance it with more pineapple or more honey for the extra sweetness. Blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and a slice of pineapple.
