Returns of damaged items: You do NOT need to send us the damaged item. You simply just email with picture evidence of the damaged item, your order number and ask either for a full refund or a new item to be shipped to you for free.
Returns of undelivered items: New item will be shipped to you free of charge if the item did not arrive at the final destination. Subject to the couriers' proof of delivery. Please get in touch with us if this is the case and send us your order number.
Returns of delayed items: Please note that we are not the courier service, if the item is delayed, we rely on the courier or the customer to notify us. Typically, it's a matter of a 1-2 days delay. Any delay longer than 7 days will either be fully refunded or a new item will be sent to you free of charge; The choice is yours!
