Wellness Lab products are shipped and processed the day after an order is placed. It may take couriers up to 5 days to deliver them nationwide within the UK, 10 days within Europe. Tracking information be sent automatically once goods are dispatched. If you don't receive a tracking id, please contact us.
To be eligible for a full refund: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only refund orders that got damaged in transit. If the product did not meet your requirements upon arrival please send it back. We pay your shipping and refund you fully if the goods were damaged upon arrival. The above policy is applicable for the first 30 days from the arrival of your goods.
If you have opened the goods and started using, then decided it was not for you. You will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend buying marine collagen samples before committing to larger orders.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the purchase and the shipping costs.
