Banana & Avocado Smoothie

Right, this one is super easy and quick to make. You got no excuse not to make it!

Just grab your blender and these ingredients: 

1 tsp Wellness Lab Marine Collagen

1 tsp Wellness Lab Hot Coco

1 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Dash of Almond Milk

Half a banana

Half an avocado

Blend like you mean business

Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with desiccated coconut, chia and flax seeds

Stick a golden straw in and you're good to go!
