Here's a smashing recipe for a quick and delicious breakfast that saves you the morning cooking of the oats!
30 - 45g oats (depends on how hungry you are!)
1/2 glass oat mylk
1 teaspoon maple syrup / honey
1 1/2 teaspoons of Berry Latte Mix
(You can add 1 teaspoon marine collagen here too if you like)
Stir well with a spoon and put into the fridge.
Leave for half an hour and stir again.
Then leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the morning after!
