Here is an epic weekend breakfast if you're into oats! Check out the goodness:
Ingredients:
1 cup oats1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon flax
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Maca powder
1 teaspoon Berry Latte Mix (for that extra kick of good bacteria and antioxidants)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon fruit syrup/maple syrup
1 cup plant milk
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, place in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven on 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drizzle some peanut butter, add chocolate chips/buttons and enjoy with plant yoghurt.
