Dried fruit (I used sultanas as they add a sweet taste)
How to make it:
- Blend 5 bananas along with 1 tin coconut milk, the collagen, 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate Wellness Lab powder and the 100% pure cocoa powder.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon depending on preference (I added 2)
- Blend for 1-2 mins and place in freezer for an hour and allow to solidify.
- Once ready take out and serve alongside some banana, raspberries and dried fruit.
TIP: extra delicious if the banana if a little frozen! It adds a sweeter touch!
