MARINE COLLAGEN OAT PORRIDGE

What you need for this mighty oat porridge:

-Oats 
-Hemp seeds 
-Coconut oil & cinnamon 
-Honey
-Wellness Lab Marine collagen 


Method: 
Soak oats overnight in water (just enough to cover) to reduce cooking time and for a creamier texture.
Sprinkle in seeds like hemp, milled flaxseed & chia to layer in more nutrients & protein.
Add a spoonful of honey and coconut oil for a healthy hit of healthy fats which are so nourishing for developing little ones.
Mixing in collagen powder to your bowl which is rich in essential proteins & helps make it creamy.
