What you need for this mighty oat porridge:

-Oats 
-Hemp seeds 
-Coconut oil & cinnamon

Method: 
Soak oats overnight in water (just enough to cover) to reduce cooking time and for a creamier texture.
Sprinkle in seeds like hemp, milled flaxseed & chia to layer in more nutrients & protein.
