A good nutritious milk is key when it comes to making golden turmeric latte, we suggest sweet milk like coconut milk. Watch the video above to learn how to make a warm, healing Turmeric Latte also known as golden milk has natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-arthritic properties. 

One of our amazing food bloggers @moonchild_recipes made this deliciously frothy mug of golden goodness! This is not your average turmeric milk, made with turmeric with cultures it’s pack with probiotic power!  Blended with ginger, cinnamon, liquorice, cayenne & of course black pepper to get the most out of the curcumin compound found in turmeric!

The clever cultures lay in dormant until they reach the gut environment so it’s goodness won’t be affected by heating, refrigerating or stomach acid. 

 What you need:

1/2 tsp Wellness Lab Probiotic Turmeric Latte

1 cup Almond milk

1 tsp Coconut butter

1 tsp Coconut sugar

Method:

Mix 4g (1/2 tsp) of Wellness Lab turmeric latte blend in a touch of hot water. Add this to 1 cup of almond milk & gently warm with 1 tsp coconut butter & 1 tsp coconut sugar. Once warm, froth & enjoy all the goodness this clever product has to offer!
