How to make Gut Loving Lattes

The colourful pots of gut loving lattes are super easy to make. We made these slightly more decadent than usual but you can swap Condensed Milk for any other milk or even cream. These are iced lattes but if you want them warm simply heat your milk and skip the ice cubes.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Condensed Milk

1 tsp any Superfood Latte (Hot Coco, Matcha Latte, Berry Latte)

Top up with almond milk

(Adding Marine Collagen to the recipe is an option too!)

Add ice cubes

Blend well until smooth

Pour into glasses

Add two more ice cubes to each glass

These are sweet as heck just fyi!
