Here comes the amazing Lemon Sorbet & Chocolate Pancakes recipe! The good news is that they ain't that hard to make either! You'll never go back to normal pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Wellness Lab Hot Chocolate Powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon cane sugar (and a little extra for the lemon sauce)
1 cup chickpea flour
Dash of coconut milk
Fresh lemon / lemon sorbet
Desiccated Coconut
How to make:
1. Mix well the chocolate vegan protein and the chickpea flour so it becomes one mixture without noticing which is which!
2. Add in the cane sugar and coconut oil, followed by the coconut milk and mix well.
3. Add coconut oil into a pan and cook.
4. Either add some vegan lemon sorbet on top along with some desiccated coconut or squeeze some fresh lemon on top followed by the coconut and if you want some extra sweetness, maple syrup is always a great option!
