Our talented food lover and photographer Emma has just come up with this magnificent Pumpkin Turmeric Latte. A seasonal twist to the regular turmeric latte that's worth trying out!
Pumpkin Turmeric Latte
1/2 tsp Wellness Lab Turmeric Latte
2 tsp pumpkin puree
2 tsp maple syrup
600 ml mugs of oat milk
Gently heat all of your ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat until it’s starting to simmer. (Optional) For a frothy top I used a hand frother to whisk up the spiced milk a little.
Pour into your mugs and finish with a dusting of the Wellness Lab Turmeric Latte and enjoy!
Cheat’s Spiced Rice Pudding
You can use this Pumpkin Turmeric Latte recipe to make into spiced rice pudding, it works deliciously and is so comforting. It’s ‘Cheat’s’ alternative recipe to the classic where it uses basmati rice so it has a slight bite to it. It’s quicker too as the recipe doesn’t involve baking the pudding.
Pumpkin Turmeric Latte for 2
120g Basmati Rice
1 tbsp demerara sugar
Crème Fraîche to serve
Simply add 120g basmati rice to a large saucepan with the Pumpkin Turmeric Latte. Bring this to a boil before lowering the temperature and letting it simmer for around 20 minutes. Stir through 1 tbsp brown sugar and simmer for another 20 minutes. Add a dash more oat milk if it’s a little dry. Once at your desired consistency serve with cream or crème fraîche stirred through.
