Christmas might be kinda cancelled but the Christmas desserts aren’t.🍪
I tried to make mine a little healthier this year, you know chocolate but make it healthy. I added my favourite Vanilla Collagen powder from Wellness Lab to these festive protein balls and they taste better than any protein balls I’ve ever made before.
🎄 Recipe is the following:
100g dates
50g raisins
30g Chocolate Protein
50g ground almonds
1 tbsp orange juice
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp all spice
30g vegan white chocolate
10 pumpkin seeds
5 naturally sweetened cranberries
Use your blender or food processor to mix all the ingredients and then top it with white chocolate, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
