of collagen and for hyaluronic acid synthesis. It can boost the production of collagen in our body. Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in our body,

but it decreases as we age. Wellness Lab offers Vitamin C as a separate product.


Are Marine Collagen supplements safe?

For the general user, taking approx 10g per day which is well below the safety limits, it is regarded as safe way to increase protein intake.
